Welcome to Zencruit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zencruit platform ("Service"), operated by tekknative s.r.o., located at Blatná 13, Nesvady, 94651, Slovakia ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Zencruit, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts and Registration

Zencruit offers two types of accounts:

• Individual Accounts for job seekers
• Company Accounts for employers/recruiters

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Services Provided

Zencruit allows:

• Individuals to create public or private profiles, manage job search status, and apply for job listings.
• Companies to create profiles, publish job listings, and assign coding challenges to applicants.

All interactions on Zencruit are subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates laws.
• Interfere with the platform’s security or functionality.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform, such as profile data, job postings, and assignments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Zencruit and all associated trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of tekknative s.r.o. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support at support@zencruit.dev.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tekknative s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovakia.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
